These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, online portals, and any counselling, documentation, or study abroad advisory services provided by us (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, filling out any inquiry forms, or making a payment, you (“User”, “Enquiry”, “Student”, “Parent”, or “Guardian”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1.1. This website is owned and operated by SRBR Education Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act in India, with its registered corporate office located at 57 Russa Road East 1st Lane, Kolkata – 700033, West Bengal, India.
1.2. SRBR Education Private Limited operates strictly as an independent, private study abroad consultancy. We provide profile evaluations, university shortlisting assistance, statement of purpose (SOP) / letter of recommendation (LOR) editing assistance, application processing guidance, and visa interview preparation.
2.1. Facilitation Only: The User explicitly acknowledges that the Company acts solely as a facilitating advisory body.
2.2. No Admission Guarantee: The final decision to issue an offer letter, grant a scholarship, or admit a student rests exclusively with the respective foreign educational institutions.
2.3. No Visa Guarantee: The final decision to grant or refuse an international student visa rests solely and exclusively with the immigration authorities and embassies/consulates of the respective destination countries.
2.4. Independence from Diplomatic Missions: SRBR Education Private Limited is a private corporation and is not an official wing, partner, or agent of VFS Global, the US Consulate General Kolkata, the British High Commission, or any other foreign government body.
3.1. Age Threshold: Users must be at least 18 years of age to independently register or make payments. If the applicant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on their behalf.
3.2. Authenticity of Data: The Student/Parent bears the entire legal burden for the authenticity of all documents uploaded or submitted to us. This includes academic transcripts, identity proofs, English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL etc.), and financial bank solvency certificates.
3.3. Fraud Prevention & Indemnity: SRBR Education Private Limited maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward forged or doctored paperwork. If any fraudulent financial statement or academic record is discovered, we reserve the right to terminate all services immediately without notice and without issuing any refund. The User agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any legal penalties, embassy bans, or university blacklisting caused by fraudulent document submissions.
4.1. Payment Processing: All online financial transactions, retainer fees, or service packages processed through our website are securely managed by our designated third-party payment gateway partner, Easebuzz.
4.2. Gateway Terms: By making an online payment, you also agree to comply with Easebuzz’s operational terms of service. SRBR Education Private Limited is not liable for failed transactions, bank network delays, or unauthorized deductions occurring on the Easebuzz interface.
4.3. Currency and Taxes: All service prices listed on our portal are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable government taxes (including GST), which will be clearly displayed before checkout, if applicable.
5.1. Consultancy Fees: All professional service fees paid directly to FrameLearning are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
5.2. Visa Refusals: In the unfortunate event that a foreign embassy rejects, denies, or delays a student’s visa application, no refunds of the consultancy fees paid to FrameLearning will be issued.
5.3. Exclusion of Third-Party Costs: Our service fees do not include external costs such as foreign university application fees, courier charges, insurance, flight tickets, admission or evaluation test fees, SEVIS fees, medical check-ups, block accounts, or official embassy visa fees. The User is directly liable for these fluctuating expenses, and the Company is not responsible for changes or inflation in external pricing.
6.1. All content hosted on this website—including articles, logos, graphics, brand names, software, proprietary admission trackers, and layout design—is the sole intellectual property of SRBR Education Private Limited(except the third party owned properties).
6.2. Users are strictly prohibited from scraping, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any material or digital resources from our platform without prior written consent from FrameLearning Management.
7.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.2. Exclusive Jurisdiction: The User and the Company explicitly agree that any legal action, claim, suit, or judicial dispute arising out of or relating to these website terms or our services shall be filed exclusively in the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
